I, _______, would like to claim the Pokemon ________ on _/__/____


The only people who don't have to say this are admin's and AA's, as they can edit my post. XD and Yes, you may claim shiny pokemon. Also, you may only claim one pokemon
Also, for admins and AA's, when adding someones pokeclaim, edit it like this :
1. "Username"/"Pokemon"
